Non-Alkaline Batteries up to two (2) pounds should be put in an envelope and mailed to Don Davidson at Facilities Services who will then recycle them properly. Please tape the terminals (the ends) before passing batteries to Facilities.
Alkaline Batteries are recycled in a “Big Green Box Alkaline Recycling” bin located in the Academic and Residential Life buildings.
Ink and Toner Cartridge recycling occurs via the recycling bins placed in each building for the purpose of collecting cartridges for recycling. Please dispose of your used cartridges there. If you have questions or concerns, please call the Help Desk at ext. #6449.
