How to Use this Plan:

We have designed the Colorado College Sustainability Plan as a web-based “living document” in three hierarchically-nested parts: Strategic Initiatives, Action Items and Implementation Plans.

The Plan is categorized according to six Strategic Initiatives: 

• Energy & Carbon Neutrality

• Natural Resources

• Buildings & Landscape

• Education

• Structure

• Finance

Background, goals and Action Items are listed for each Strategic Initiative. Action Items are classified as Proposed, In Progress or Completed. Action Item lists include a brief description of the action (what will be done), the key personnel or groups involved in the action (who will do it), and the start date (when it will happen). Clicking on Action Items will lead you to the third level of detail, Implementation Plans. These may be links to online resources or narratives of projects.
